Greg Jacobs

Greg has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He has worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor and Gym Manager in a number of centres around Melbourne.  Greg more recently qualified as a Certified Health Consultant.

While he has background as an athlete he also knows how difficult it can be to return to exercise after prolonged inactivity and injury. He enjoys working with a diverse range of people and works to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing by addressing the whole person.

 

Rachel Davidson
Rachel has an extensive dance and Rhythmic Gymnastics background having competed in five State and two National Championships for Rhythmic Gymnastics. Rachel completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Australian Catholic University specialising in the areas of Health Promotion, Nutrition and Sports Massage.

Rachel was first introduced to Pilates due to a Gymnastics related back injury. Because of the improvements in her own injury Rachel went on to train as an Instructor in the method.

She completed Pilates training with The Australian Pilates Method Association and has been teaching since 2007. Her knowledge of the body and interest in movement has given Rachel a passion to help others improve their quality of life through Pilates.

 

Gul Pohatu
Gul specialises in circuit style workouts and cardio vascular fitness. Gul brings over 10 years experience to Stable Base and has worked with Melbourne Storm and a number of VFL teams. 

While he comes from a background playing rugby, Gul is best known for his success as one of the countries top professional heavyweight boxers and MMA competitor.
