Greg Jacobs
While studying to be a Personal Trainer Greg decided to pursue further study in the field of strength training for athletes. A keen competitor in Triathlon, Martial Arts, and flat-water kayaking his experience was that it was difficult for amateur athletes to access quality professionals who could develop sports specific strength programs.  

Greg completed his initial coaching qualifications in Melbourne then undertook further studies at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.

Greg has worked with a number of team and individual athletes including Swimming Australia’s High Performance Program.
